Beef by the Whole, Half or Quarter

Our price for a Quarter Beef is based on a fee of $3.29 per pound hanging weight plus processing fees. When you order Whole, 3/4 or Half Beef, the rate for the hanging weight of your beef drops to $3.24/lb. Bulk Beef is delivered to our Omaha office where it can be picked up. We will contact you to finalize cutting instructions once your beef is dry-aging.
A non-refundable deposit holds your Bulk Beef. Deposits are $50 per Quarter; $100 per Half; $150 per 3/4 and $200 per Whole.
If you are ready to reserve your beef, please enter the desired quantity below. The deposit required will automatically appear above the "Add to Cart" button. Also, please select "Standard" when asked to choose a shipping method during checkout. Thank you!
